IPL Without Sri Lankan Players
Sri Lanka has ordered its cricketers to return home leaving IPL for Practice before next month’s tour to England. Sri Lanka wants to prioritize national games over IPL.
Sports Minister Mahinadananda Althugamage said ”In future, national cricket players can participate in foreign tournaments only in a manner that will not affect practices of the Sri Lankan national team”
11 Sri Lankan national players from IPL will have to return home despite of their commitments in the IPL 20Twenty tournament.
There is no clarity on penalty for missing practice, but it is said they may get dropped if they don’t comply with orders from ministry.

U R right… i have the same opinion…
it looks like a harsh decision…may it can be due to sl’s loss to india in CWC F. some of the players are abled to decide the game’s result. hope the slc would consider it
