IPL Kochi team is now Indi Commandos

IPLs Kochi franchise will be called ‘Indi Commandos‘. Kochi Team announced the name on their official Twitter page and explained their logo on Facebook page “Our logo with the lightning motif stands for a team that moves with speed and sears through the opposition. The Indi Commandos will attack every opportunity on and off the field”.

Kochi franchise explains reason behind the name as “INDI stands for an independent Indian cricket team that will go ahead to win a billion hearts. COMMANDOS stands for an elite fighting squad, renown for attacking with speed, stealth and deadly power.”
